Newest leaf hub motor

BRAND NEWEST LEAF BIKE 2013 Version Black Lightning Brushless, Gearless hub motor !
New ULTRA powerful and efficient Gearless motor custom made with higher grade laminations, wider magnet stack, high speed NSK bearings, Honey well hall sensors, more copper fill, and all out higher performance. We went through all the stops to make this motor the absolute best hub motor on the market.

This hub motor has the more acceleration at low end, better mid range, and more top end.  These hub motors can handle up to 50A loads at 48V, and can take higher voltage with the right controller.  This motor will go nearly 80 MPH on 72V!
Also offer this wheel professionally laced into our double wall aluminum rims with 12g spokes.  Message us for details. 14", 16", 18", 20", 24", 26", 700c and 28" sizes are available.

Compare below performance data.You will find leaf newest motor saving 10% of electricity, improve the efficiency of 8% With The Newest Materials Steel Rotor.

How to count speed as RPM? For example: 20 inch hub motor,max speed:731RPM
* ONE cycle= 3.14 × 20inch × 2.54( 1 inch = 2.54 cm) = 159.5cm ÷ 100 = 1.6 m( 100 cm=1 m )
* 1.6 m × 730RPM = 1168 m ( ONE minute )
* 1168 × 60 = 70080 m =70 km ( 1000m = 70 km)
* 70 ÷ 1.667 = 42 mph

a little problem with hub motor kit rim

I received bike conversion kit with new version LCD motor controller, hub motor wheel and bike parts ..everything but the lithium battery , started to mount a tire on the hub motor wheel rim and I think there might be a little problem with it the hole for the tube is in between where the spokes cross, making it almost impossible to get the inflation valve on the stem. I might be able to drill another hole on the other side between where the spokes go apart so it will work, haven’t looked into that yet the hole for the valve stem should be where the spokes are going away from it, so the valve can be fitted on easily. I have a few tools and a reamer so I probably can make it work. I was going to put one of these airless no-flat tubes in, its solid foam, but I think nice you get it on that’s it, you have to cut the tire to remove it after the tire wears out
I got a regular tube on and inflated it, but once it inflated the stem pulled so far down into the rim I get the valve back on it now.
I can’t get the valve back on, but it looks like it has enough air, hopefully it will hold it
anxious for the lithium battery to com now so I can try the motor out
I was looking at your metal case that the lithium battery goes in. on some other site it looked like the same case, but it had a theft vibration alarm when you turned the key and pulled it out, to keep it from being stolen. that looked like a good idea. I thought the theft alarm would be a good idea . The battery is so valuable. It might be a good idea for you to put one in the lithium battery case with a vibration sensor and maybe a 120db buzzer or something. the batteries are so expensive
I can see it being a good feature to add to all of the hub motor controller.
I think some sort of vibration alarm on the bike to detect tampering with such an expensive lithium battery would be a good product service for your customers
Be hard for them to run with the lithium battery when it is screaming at 120db they would be noticed kind of like a bump alarm on a car, when someone tries to break into it
I think going to find one for my recumbent bike conversion kit trick, the hub motor trick is worth over $2000 and now with the motor and battery another $1000
I am cautious about parking it even though its locked and chained down, someone might try and take the battery or hub motor controller off
I have a bracket under the seat with enough space to mount the plate and battery I think
that’s where they had one on another hub motor bike conversion kit at the dealer I bought the bike conversion kit from it was a low power motor and only 10ah lithium battery.
It would not pull the bike until you got moving about 5mph.Does the slipping plate come with the lithium battery case?
The hub motor they had on the electric bike at the shop was only 250w, 36v, it didn’t have enough torque to push the e-bike till you got it moving along with the pedals.
